OUR SOLUTIONS
1. Assembly line
We organised a delivery schedule to meet our customer's specific requirements and liaised with various suppliers in Germany and the Netherlands to ensure that delivery deadlines could be met. We arranged all air, sea and land transportation of parts and equipment from Japan, Netherlands and Germany to its final destination in Poland.
At the production plant we supervised offloading of equipment and ensured the parts and equipment were placed correctly for assembly. And at all times we kept our customer up to date on progress.
2. Wheeled paver
Once we had all the individual shipping weights and dimensions of the cargo from the supplier, we advised on the best suitable packing and delivery schedule by land and ocean.
We organised special carriers and equipment needed to carry the oversized packages by road to the port. And we secured vessel space with a break bulk carrier to take the equipment to its final destination.
3. Steel Tubing
We organised everything needed to transport the steel tubing safely by air to Taiwan, confirming the expert packing for airfreight and co-ordinating deliveries to the airport.
We also secured space on various airlines to avoid the cost of expensive charter planes.
RESULTS & BENEFITS
1. Assembly Line: All parts and equipment were safely delivered at the times set out in the delivery plan and the production plant start up was on time. In total, 800 tons/ 45,800cbm of cargo were delivered within the delivery plan of 6 months.
2. Wheeled Paver: 500 tons/47,600cbm of wheeled paver was delivered safely on time with no breakages or loss of any part
3. Steel Tubing: We provided cost-effective air transport that met our customer's delivery deadline. 200tons of 47,900cbm steel tubes were delivered safely and on time.
