Moving hazardous goods

Storing and transporting hazardous goods across the world

An agrichemical company needed trouble-free, cost-effective global transport of their hazardous goods to meet strict transport regulations.   With our experience of transportation, global network, warehousing and up to date knowledge of worldwide regulations - Sumisho Global Logistics was well placed to meet their needs.

Our solution

We were able to identify the best routes and carriers to manage this complex task.  We put into place specialised logistics procedures to ensure the safe, legal transport of these products from and to various countries around the world.  And we also put into place an in-house auditing system with regular seminars to keep everyone up to date on changing regulations.

Results and benefits

The company has the transportation and warehousing they need.  We co-ordinate more than 10 chemical suppliers with 30 chemical products from Japan, Israel and Europe and 25 customers around the world in 35 countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and Middle East.
